Information and consent to the processing of data pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016

Specifically, your data are linked to our specific activity of “Production and online sales of personalized storybooks” and are related to the normal relationship with customers/suppliers or potential such; there is no massive marketing activity, unless specifically authorized.

The retention of data (which in any case and in no case may be greater than 10 years from the last treatment/update) is linked to the existence of a supply of goods/services, to legal obligations or to specific treatment requirements of which you are part, it is your right to request the deletion of data when the same right is not in contrast with legal obligations.

Your data will be communicated to those in charge of the writer necessary for the performance of the assigned tasks, to banks or credit institutions for the processing and collection of skills, to public institutions or bodies in relation to the tasks entrusted and to regulations / legal obligations, to control and public security bodies if required, to any third parties only as a result of using them for the performance of the tasks entrusted.

You have the right to obtain from the owner the cancellation, limitation, updating, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you as well as in general or rights provided for in articles 15,16,17,18,19,20 , 21 and 22 of the EU Reg. 679/2016.

Your data may also be transferred externally to the European community for the sole purpose of using communication services and in any case in compliance with the provisions of the European regulation on security and data protection.
